We prepare pre-production footwear samples and run assembly tests with our production team and at your local factory. Together, we compare results and adjust for differences in equipment, techniques and operating conditions before production begins.
We plan component packaging and shipping around your local import and warehouse requirements. The aim is to save storage space and reduce freight costs while keeping your semi-finished footwear components protected throughout delivery.
