We bring together the complete footwear production package, including shoe patterns, last specifications and sole data, and coordinate the handover to your local factory so both teams work from the same references.
We source and produce the shoe components you need according to your local production and import requirements. Alongside semi-finished footwear components, we can also arrange machinery to support your assembly setup.
We prepare pre-production footwear samples and run assembly tests with our production team and at your local factory. Together, we compare results and adjust for differences in equipment, techniques and operating conditions before production begins.
We plan component packaging and shipping around your local import and warehouse requirements. The aim is to save storage space and reduce freight costs while keeping your semi-finished footwear components protected throughout delivery.
Our technical team supports your local footwear assembly, with on-site guidance when needed. We work with you to track issues, coordinate corrections and improve the assembly process together.
